As a seasoned Senior Finance Management Professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant, he excels in providing impactful leadership across various domains, including overall Financial Operations, Tax Structuring, Business Planning & Strategy, Working Capital & Debt Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Compliance.

Sudeep is adept at driving organizational efficiency, boosting profitability, and mitigating organizational risk through meticulous and comprehensive change management.

His tenure as a CFO in diverse countries and industries has endowed him with a unique perspective, enabling strategic evaluation of business matters and the delivery of tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each business.

With 25 years of professional experience, he has demonstrated expertise in FMCG Distribution, FMCG Retail (Supermarkets), Retail Franchise, Manufacturing Industry, Logistics businesses, and the F&B Industry. This extensive experience spans across 8 different countries, including the UAE, Oman, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UK, Nigeria, and India.

In 2021, he founded Kaizen Business Consultants with a distinct focus on providing Outsourced CFO Services and Tax Services and Business Advisory to both public and private companies.

Sudeep is the Founder & CEO of Kaizen Business Consultants. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India-New Delhi and a Graduate in Commerce.

He is a highly accomplished , proven CFO and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in providing leadership to businesses , has managed overall Business Operations, Business Planning , Strategy, Financial & Accounting Management , Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax matters , Compliance , Audits etc.

Prior to joining Kaizen Business Consultants Sudeep was the CFO of Al Maya Group for 14 years. Prior to this he has held senior finance positions in Nigeria and India.

His experience as CFO in different countries and businesses has given him an edge in strategically evaluating business matters in a different manner and providing solutions to the businesses accordingly.

He has professional experience in FMCG Distribution, Retail (Supermarkets), Retail Franchise, Manufacturing Industry, Logistics business and F&B Industry in 8 different countries (UAE, Oman, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, UK, Nigeria and India)

Mr. Bhupesh Mathur is a Senior Advisor to Kaizen Business Consultants. He is a dynamic, inspiring and forward looking person in profession who is working confidently and strategically for the growth and transformation of the organisation to the next level. Equipped with an inherent vibrancy, he is driving the mission of creating a highly “client centric and people centric approach”.

He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a lawyer. He is a commerce graduate from University of Rajasthan.

He has completed diploma in information system audit (DISA) from ICAI, has BCCD (BSE Certificate on Central Depository) from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd Mumbai. He is also certified on concurrent bank audit conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of Auditing, Direct Taxation, Indirect taxation, Investment Advisory and Consulting Services. He presides on panel of various Banks for the Audit and Tax Matters.

He is also an advisor to large corporate groups in India and have been associated with various Tax and Audit Professional Associations.

An MBA Finance from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Asavari is a result-oriented finance professional. Starting her career with the Tata group in Tata Housing and Development Co., she was part of the Corporate Planning and Treasury Team. 

She has worked in training and development in the E-Learning industry. She has experience with a Fintech Start Up where her last project was the acquisition of the startup.
